Pavey was amazing as a speaker at our annual WISE (Women in Sales Empowered) event. Pavey has also helped us with our WISE branding. She really understands our female sales community and delivered a fantastic presentation on Confidence.

Many of the comments from the audience include “it was like she was in my head and talking about me”, “inspiring” and “really made me think and realise stuff about myself that I didn’t even know- it just clicked”. It’s clear Pavey understands Tech + Sales + Women and translates that into how to have more genuine confidence, which is important for WISE as we continue inspiring equality in the workplace."

Ancient Wisdom

I use the Enneagram model. Stemming from the Greek words ennea (nine) and grammos (a written or drawn symbol), the Enneagram is borne out of ancient wisdom traditions.

Most people in Silicon Valley have used or have heard of the Enneagram. It's a nine type personality assessment that goes far deeper than most other tests (like Myers-briggs etc). I often hear "wow, this is so accurate that I'm stunned".

The Enneagram is a model of the human psyche which is principally understood and taught as a typology of nine interconnected personality types.

As a trained practitioner, I use the Enneagram assessment in all 1:1 coaching, to help bring greater awareness to the client's personality. The goal is to transcend the personality and to identify the areas of growth.

Although the enneagram model is popular in modern day, this symbol has roots in antiquity and can be traced back at least as far as 2,500 years ago.
